Rude and unprofessional

We went into this area on Sunday 1/16 and achieved with Shawn regarding pricing for 2 new subscriptions. He kept returning and forth about nicely our costs are continuously changing, etc. We'd to ultimately state search, we would like to understand how much the regular fees are to participate.
