I ordered a pair of shoes from sneakerbum.com a little over a month ago for a friend for Christmas. 2 days before Christmas I received an e-mail from "MATT BROCK" telling me my order has been mixed up and I would not be getting the shoes and that he would refund me my 225 DOLLARS. I have NOT received my refund or the shoes. I have tried to be professional about it. I sent him 3 e-mails, called him numerous times and he has NOT returned one of my e-mails or phone calls. All I want as a customer is my shoes or my money back and he is not doing anything about it!

This is NOT a professional and NOT a legit site. I would STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere if you would like to get the actual product you ordered or a refund!!
