Fake Shoe site

I went to sneakerbum.com because I was reading online that was the only website who was letting people pre-order the Jordan 11's Cool Grey's.

So, I checked it out and went ahead and got my girlfriend to order them so I would have a pair for christmas.

Well, it turns it out they were sold out of the shoe, so the guy "matt" sent me an email saying that they didnt have my size and would return the money on the card since i couldnt get the shoe.

I havent heard anything from the guy since, he wont return a phone call nor will he return an email. There is a phone number on the website but they dont answer the phone calls, and last time I called the voice mailbox was "full."

Supposedly, it seems as though they started as an ebay selling company and then started their own website, if anyone has had success with getting ahold of them or getting to talk to someone, please let me know.
