Rude Customer Service and Credit staff

My main complaint about this firm is that some of their Credit and Customer service staff have been exceedingly rude on the phone!

Also, I strongly suspect (but can't prove) that the amounts of savings on goodsthat they claim in their catalogs are highly exaggerated.

Most of the stuff they carry is made in China.
