Fitness works is getting paid twice for the same service

I closed a deal with this specific Gym 16 days before. I then found out that my insurance provider might spend the gym for my account. They'll not return my cash for that year agreement despite the fact that they required all my info to statement the insurance provider. They state that they "need to" stay with the agreement I closed since it hasbeen more than 3 times. When the insurance cost is less, I'd constitute the distinction, but I actually donot believe they ought to receive money twice and that I don't believe they ought to refuse me the benifit. How consumer-friendly arent they???
