Abusive billing

After I registered In Shape Fitness Center, one of the fitness instructors, evidently employed by a business named "Custom-Built Fitness, " questioned me to register to get a one-year individual training agreement. I told him I had been not thinking about a-one-year commitment. Then he provided me one month without any continuing dedication, to get a complete one time cost of 9 (. 00 "Processing Fee" plus four regular workout sessions at $65 per-session).
