Charged twice and Discount not honored. - 1-800-send-FTD

Don't order from this company. They are a rip-off. I clicked like to get the Facebook discount and they did not honor that. They conveniently can't find the order number of the transaction with the discount applied, but they charged me a second time for a second order that I did not place without the discount. I understand things go wrong sometimes, but they had no record of the order with the discount eventhough I sent a copy of the confirmation page with the order number on it that THEY GAVE ME to my email so I could spit that same number back to them, but nothing. Can't find it. No record. Nothing.
