Opticplanets.com: I placed an order expecting advertized free shipping. Only after checking out and getting a receipt did I see a 6.99 shipping charge. I checked the email free shipping ad, and it stated in small grey letters that a minimum of 29.95 was required. (Mine was 27.99) I immediately went to their customer service contact and canceled the order. 3 hours later, they sent an email telling me it had already shipped. They said I could refuse it, but would still have to pay the shipping. The guarantee 100% satisfaction. I guess thats only if there are no issues.in other words—Its' impossible to cancel an order. Beware.
