Free shipping is misleading, requires you to jump through hoops, and is not clearly stated during checkout. Then they refuse to refund. Ripoff Farmerville

Purchased a sd card through buy.com. The ad clearly stated Free Shipping in red letters. Then, misleadingly, a special choice had to be made in the shipping options dialog during check out. There was insuficient information available to allow me to easily make the correct choice for free shipping. So, they charged me an exorbitant amount for shipping, and refused to refund or change shipping options when I did notice the dishonest charge on my order.

Very disapointing, and dishonest at it's core.
