Rewards administrator deceived, false advertised

We bought a boat in 2007 from Cope and Mcphetres and was told that if we bought the boat that we qualified for a 20k cash reward and was given all the paper work for the reward.
We followed the instructions to a tee. We did everything exactly as the document stated, we even found the small print stuff.
We sent in for the cash reward during the redemption period and the letter was returned to us. The letter had not been opened and just said refused on the front.
This should not be allowed to go on by dealers and should have to pay as it is a form of a contract with them. The problem i have been faced with is Cope has gone out of business so there is no one to talk to and cash rewards seems to be non existant.
WTF am i supposed to do? I have all the documents that i need to prove they screwed us over.
