I purchased a house in 2008 with the Real Estate Firm in West Richland, Wa. I was offered a chance to receive a $1000 reward if I followed a bunch of unique mailing instructions. After mailing my 1st certificate into Cash Rewards located in Stronsville Ohio I was told to wait 36 months and then send my Cash Rewards paperwork in and I would receive $1000. The 1st one was accepted back in but when I mailed the 2nd one on 8/1 it was returned to sender.

The Real Estate Firm paid $150 for this service per client and their customers like myself lost out on the reward they were trying to offer. The company apparantly went bankrupt before paying myself and a lot of others out. I have kept all paperwork involved including certified mail receipts in case there is a pending lawsuit. What a rip off after waiting 3 years to collect.
