Redhead Driver is very poor quality, misrepresented on internet ad

After seeing ad in a golf magazine, I ordered the Redhead driver from Drbirdie.com.

After receiving this club I looked at it and realized the clubhead was not true titanium but some kind of alloy instead.

I took it to driving range I found it was junk (the worst driver I had ever tried. I sent email to drbirdie stating I wanted to know procedure for returning the club and getting
my refund. No response.

Their internet ad stated that club could be returned within 30 days with no questions asked.
