Drbirdie.com ordered a golf driver on a guarantee. Returned it in 10 days. They refuse to credit my account. Ii have acknowledgment of their receiving the driver which was defective too

Birdie.com is a total ripoff. I ordered a driver on a 100% guarantee. The driver had a rattle in the head and was not for me. After ordering it i waited 2 weeks to receive it and then returned it 9 days later. They acknowledged receipt but have not credited my account. There excuse is that the original packing slip (order receipt) was not in the return. This is total b.S. And i will further report them to the better business bureau
