Dr. Birdie
Doesnt deliver clubs after you pay

Sports

Attention all golfers, dont let what happened to me happen to you. I saw ads in some golf magazines by a company called Dr. Birdie and decided to order based on the credibility of the magazines. I placed an order for De Tomas "rissa" irons five iron thru lob wedge. After waiting three weeks the irons finally arrived.included with the clubs was a letter explaining that there had been a name change on the "rissa" irons and the "avanti" irons they sent instead were better.

Also, the lob wedge i paid for was missing. Ok i thought anyone can make a mistake so i sent an email explaining about the missing club. No response. More emails and still no response. Finally, i called their sales line (funny they have no time for people who have already paid but will answer a sales call.) "Dennis" said "no problem we will handle it".

Another week goes by and no club. More emails, no response. More emails no respones. Now the sales line has a recording to leave a message. I leave message. No response. The moral of the story is never buy from this company no matter what their fancy ads say because once they have your money they dont want to be bothered. Stick to national chains with a reputation to protect
