Won't Allow me to Cancel!

Ok so here is my problem.

I joined World Exercise on Jan 29. I settled anything up to January 17th. Our agreement ended on Jan 29 and that I thought I no further needed to continue spending and so I never visited the gym again. I consider 100% fault for that since within the agreement it will suggest that the regular costs may proceed till I stop my bill.

At this time my consideration includes a stability of nearly $200. I'm really prepared to spend that quantity, but since I have haven't been utilizing the gym for six months, I required they freeze my consideration— quit trying to cost me— which I'll spend the due stability after I am ready to.

The man explained NO. I've to pay for what I owe to be able to stop. Therefore essentially they'll continue trying to cost my aged unacceptable bank card plus late charges each month till I spend. I believe it's unjust, since easily cannot spend that quantity at this time, why is them believe I'll have the ability to spend the due stability when it increases... Or when it triples?

I had been wondering if anyone below has any guidance? No-where within the agreement does it suggest that I can not stop my consideration until I spend upfront. What must I do? Help please!!!
