Over-charging and remains

I've been living annually along with a 30 days in low-income condo with my three child and unemployed. Having a persistent asthmatic 6year old a 5year old and 1year old I've my statement is more then $250 per month. I actually donot understand why cus the AC do not actually function. After I relocate I'd to pay for $790 to obtain my lighting on which was November feeling then I've compensated 3 additional deposit of 528. Sometime around September my cost was late however they change my lighting down they explained I'd seven days to pay for it or my consideration could be near my cost when in about the fifth morning they arrived consequently my lighting on a single evening i spend my stability. 2-week later they returned to show my lighting off cuz i did not possess a consideration with FPL and so I needed to spend a brand new deposit for my lighting to become reverse on and all-they stated was that it had been an error of thiers but that i still had a need to spend. The final period was at the conclusion of September I'd my lighting down for more a month and needed to spend $1091 to obtain my light back on. Your day i got my lighting back on they explained my consideration was on $e stability. Your day after christmas i get a new statement having a previous stability of $318 from September 30 to March 29 which was the month i didnot actually had lamps on that I had been sticking with friends... And my meter have not actually been read an didnot actually have a meter within the container outside... On December 1 another statement arrived in having a previous stability of $318 along with a new stability of $263.16. I do not know whats happening but I understand this really is incorrect which I'm not the only real individual going thru the exact same issue... If u have any info please email me at hernandez.
