Wrong items sent lied about refund etc

The brief model is I requested six of 1 product plus they delivered 5 incorrect issues. I approached them many times, talked mainly having a Leslie who 'guaranteed' me this could be treated rapidly etc etc. This began April 19 now is May 9. I had been advised to deliver described and also the purchase quantity for their mail and also to ruin the merchandise simply because they don't take results of what I requested (Great Wall Yinchiao Pills without acetaminophen - it included acetaminophen). I had been informed that I'd obtain a contact having a return tag. I never got that until Monday May 2, AFTER I had been informed by Leslie that I'd obtain a complete reimbursement (we'd decided that I'd obtain a reimbursement I'd maintain the main one container they got right and that I might spend to ship back. After I named her on Tuesday May 3, I had been informed the reimbursement could be in my own consideration by Friday May 6. Nowadays May 9th after numerous telephone calls and an arrangement with Leslie that never happened I had been informed by Leslie that based on organization plan (that was the very first time anybody described this) I should return the things before I get reimbursement. I've submitted grievances with BBB and Okay consumer-protection workplace, aswell with my lender. I'll deliver anything back and allow everybody understand what happens. Within the mean-time... Don't handle the corporation...
