How do we go about getting a class action suit?

I am so glad to have found this site, and although I am sorry for anyone who has suffered due to injury on the Ab Circle Pro, I am grateful to have made this connection.

I, too, injuried both my knees after the knee pad slipped out of the knee cup in mid revolution. I was swung off the machine directly landing on both knees on a hardwood floor. I have a wedged meniscus, but due to the fact I do not have insurance I have not been able to get proper treatment. My left knee is still very painful and whenever I have to go down stairs they giveout suddenly. I have almost fallen down the stairs more than once. Of course I contacted the company and informed them by e-mail with pictures and all, but they kept telling me someone from the main office would be getting back to me. Well, they never called at all.

I was wondering if there was a class action suit, and if not how can one be started? If anyone can help me please answer at this e-mail address: actorssupportact@aol.com
