Misleading information

My buddy in-law compensated $39 ($29 start up charge $10 for that month) therefore he can work out while he visited. I thought we would register with him since I had been informed I really could proceed the account at $10 monthly once the first month ended. While I asked about establishing the month-to-month automated funds, I was subsequently informed I Would need to settle the $29 start up charge to start a account. And below I thought I'd been already a respected associate for just one month.
