Sears / Nordictrack Treadmill
Do not buy warranties from Sears

Bought a treadmill from Sears in July for $1700 along with a 5-year guarantee for $475. Presumably addresses all components and support. Named to demand service, sears stated Nordictrack was to service. Nordictrack stated warranty was included in Sears.invested 50 units being moved between businesses - Sears stated they'd no report of the guarantee. Lastly place in line for UTS (Common Technical Solutions) and was on-hold for just one time 18 units. UTS ultimately responded and stated somebody might contact within 6 business days to plan a consultation. Couldn't tell me who'd really be calling me from neighborhood as UTS does not really do restore work-in my condition. Comparable scenario having a machine repair, an oven repair. Don't get guarantees from sears. You're better-off to cover support while you require it and follow additional stations in case your item is just a orange, including spending with additional Credit that protects the customers. Make sure to record all calls, contact names when possible, specialist titles and supposed repairs required. Sears business design is aimed toward traders and never customers.
