After assembling the machine, I found it was loud and not smooth as advertised

I bought the NordicTrack elliptical from Sears last month since I believed these were a great quality organization. After building the equipment, I came across it had been loud and never smooth-as advertised. The equipment was examined after 2 wks of awaiting Image Exercise fix to react also it was decided to become faulty. There is no repair for that device, only fix. The organization has guaranteed an upgraded it. Over per month has handed and Image Exercise nevertheless can't provide me a romantic date that I'll possess a substitute. Greatest they are able to do is "perhaps" 2-3 months longer.
