Unauthorised bank draft and Gift Certificate not honored

Our name is Nsimba Kuedituka and that I had a household consideration with exercise 19 found @ 141 W. Foothill blvd.# C. Upland, CA 91786[Coach: (909) 608-1902. The standard mgr. Is joe nakamura. I terminated one individual from this in July. It was a household consideration of 7 people. The price was $35/month for several people. Next one-member was terminated, my payment must have decrease to $30/month, eventhough I'd required to cancelled the whole consideration (7 individuals) however they did not (an error from Fitness19!), but rather they continued drafting $35 from my bill from September to June. When I visited the middle to create it as much as the supervisoris interest, in the place of providing to credit my bill back (that we did myself straight with my lender like a challenge of an unsanctioned drafting), the manager agreed to pay me having a gift certificate of "18months free" of account that must be triggered by 12. On nov. 20 i visited the middle to trigger the gift certificate, I talked to TAYLOR @1:45PM AND HE REFUSED TO ACTIVATE IT, saying that since he didn't understand who released it, he couldn't recognize it. I believe he declined purposely, comprehending that the certification would end after Dec. of course if we introduced it back after Dec. It wishes be thankful.

This sort of conduct from fitness19 from start is extremely unprofessional, undesirable customer service services. They aren't truthful or faithful towards the people. They're cheatting! And have to remain behind their terms. If my lender didn't challenge it, they'd have held my money. I believe that they ought to recognize my Present Certificate and provide my whole household (7) the 18months free as promised. Iam dissatisfied AND CERTAINLY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO FITNESS19 ACTUALLY!
