Improper service ruins customer credit

On March, 11 I named US Bank and shut my Consideration. At that time I had been educated anything is okay and also the yearly membership charge is likely to be waived and also the consideration is likely to be sealed instantly. The declaration for membership charge was never obtained in January or February. Later within the first week of May among my credit balances was terminated also it mentioned that my credit rating has decreased as a result of delinquency. Therefore we're deleting your consideration.instantly, I visited a kinkos and ripped my credit online. To my shock US Bank had documented that I didn't spend some quantity so that they documented it to credit agencies. I insisted the consideration was shut on March 11, however the client consultant claims that there's nothing in her program that suggests that I actually approached card member companies. Anyways, I closed the consideration again on May, 11 and requested to get a notice written down the consideration is closed. After awaiting a couple weeks I named again and think it or not the consideration was still available and energetic. On May, 30 and required the consideration to become closed the 3rd period and lastly I obtained a notice in August the consideration has become closed.in september I obtained the declaration for that month of March along with a look for some reimbursement. Based on the report from the orange US Bank owed me cash so that they delivered me a check. I documented this to credit agencies, however, you understand US companies rule. Nobody is here now to hear a normal individual. It's been an year and that I have now been battling to obtain this shit taken off my credit, but US Bank demands that anything is correct. If anyone has any concept on the best way to understand this mess fixed. Please allow me to know.
