After fraud occurring in one of my accounts I decided that I needed to cancel my fitnessmembership since it was a luxury. I gave them 30 days notice and thereason for canceling. They refused to cancel my membership demandingthat I pay excess fees. I was met with abrupt, unprofessional andchildish staff!

I find their ethics in business to be appalling and their manner of treating the customer disgusting. Awarning to people out there. Avoid this gym! Its not worth it whenthey try to ding you with extra fees when you try to cancel!
