After fraud occuring in one of my accounts I decided that I needed to cancel my fitness membership since it was a luxury. I gave them 30 days notice and the reason for cancelling. They refused to cancel my membership demanding that I pay excess fees. I was met with abrupt, unprofessional and childish staff!

I find their ethics in buisness to be appaling and their manner of treating the customer discusting. A warning to people out there. Avoid this gym! Its not worth it when they try to ding you with extra fees when you try to cancel!
