Sports Stitch Ripped Off By a Business

I paid for a name & number kit to customize a hockey jersey from this seller back on September 21. I do know they can take time to make so I waited over a month before E-mailing the seller. I got a form letter stating they were behind. Several weeks later after many complaints, their ebay account was suspended. I immediately filed a dispute with ebay. After getting no response, I escalated it to a claim. Paypal claims that because I waited too long they won't investigate, therefore I was ripped off of $28.79. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Chicago on November 30. The business ignored all all letters from the BBB and the case was finally closed on January 13.
