I never received my order!

I ordered a jersey from them on April 23, I paid through paypal and of course they took the money out of my account on April 24. They emailed me on May 3 saying that my order has been shipped and that it would take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Today is June 11 and i still do not have my order. I emailed them numerous times regarding my order and i've heard nothing back. I tried calling them at their 866 and 415 numbers but they are disconnected. This copmany is a rip off and i advise no one to ever order anything from them.
