Company will not honor my order, will not process, hace contacted them several times

I ordered a set of clubs on March 12. It is now June 13, three months later. I have contacted them serveral times about the timing of my order just to have someone tell me that my order would be shipped no later then the end of that week. The first time I contacted them, I was told one part for one the clubs that I ordered had to be back odered. The next time they told me that the parts had been recieved and that my clubs were in production and would be sent by the end of the week. That was in April. I contacted them by phone every 2 weeks just to have the same answer given to me, "you will have them by the ed of te week". Like I said it has now been 3 months and my online account with Best Buy Golf Supply says that my order is still being processed.
