Ripped me off $24.95 worth of dread falls

On Tuesday 04 August i placed an order to jadeddreads. It was 24.95$ for a small amount of dread falls. A couple days later i emailed them asking if they had gotten my money order. On Wednesday, September 2, they said "
still waiting for money order to clear and there is an eight week turn around time". Later on I realized i made a mistake in the address i gave them for me so i emailed them the correct one. They emailed me back and told me payment received. I waited almost 9 weeks and still nothing in the mail. I emailed them about it and no reply. I messaged them on myspace and they told me they were busy. The last email I sent them was on Mon, December 7. I told them I have came across numerous people who've claimed to have been ripped off by jadeddreads and I would like either my money, or my order. Its been 9 months since I placed my order. I still have the money order receipt and all the emails we have exchanged.
