Defective rod

I've five supports and three reels which are very costly. Each one is Pflueger Trion. One pole a-7' 6" vessel pole broke utilizing 18lb test-line having a 14lb chief. I've delivered two emails concerning the deficiency towards the produce and also have not gotten an answer. I told them their item is just just like the organization which makes it and they must react to the issue using the pole.

The pole is stored inside when not being used and appears fresh. Its cleaned and handled acording for the price. Its ranked for approximately 20lb. Test point also it shouldn't have damaged. I participate in three distinct fishing groups. Bassmasters, FLW, Bass Boat Main and seafood with many individuals across Va. Maryland and Kentucky. I'm Unhappy and a lot of individuals are likely to understand why. Flaws are confirmed. Poor company isn't appropriate.
