Failed to deliver 2 orders and won't redund my cc

I placed 4 orders with factory sales and they wont refund 2 I cancelled. I tried for the last 2 weeks to get them to either send the items I paid for already with my cc or credit my cc still more bullshit from greg there. I have called there 1 time (No live person) and e mailed them several to either deliver or credit my cc account. They Have my money I have an excuse not much of a trade. I belive that it is cc fraud and have notifyed the states involved and BBB of this. Dont do buisness with them you WILL be sorry
