Direct2drive.com I Bought a game, it will not activate and direct2drive will not help or refund

I bought this game from direct2drive. Well, It wouldn't activate so I contacted them after going to the ubi.com website the game gave me - (which I could not find anyway to contact them - (ubi.com) by email at all). Direct2drive said for me to conact ubi.com for help. GO Figure! I finally found a way to contact ubi.com — they said contact direct2drive - (WHAAAAT!!!)- CONTACTED DIRECT2DRIVE, AGAIN - they said contact ubi.com — SO, back and forth I went — NO no results... This is bull and something needs to be done because now I'm stuck with a high priced game that I can't play... Here is an example of or conversation— yes I got a little upset with them-LOL..

And here is what they said — - If you purchased your copy of the game from Direct2Drive / IGN / Fileplanet and need activation assistance, please CLICK HERE to submit a ticket to Direct2Drive for activation assistance.

NOW ACTIVATE MY GAME OR GIVE ME A REFUND A QUIT GIVING ME THE RUN-A-ROUND... I know you can do it — you've done it for me before. Being that I keep every copy of anything I do. This will be reported if not taken care of soon. Do not expect me to respond back to any emails you send. I am through talking and through getting screwed by you.

It keeps running me in circles. Better bereu would love this:).. Now Get me activated or give me a damn refund Please. I work too hard for what little money I make and I be damn if I just give it away without nothing to show.
