I ordered a watchwinder from Steinhausen overnight and received the winder. When opening the box I find a note to the seller that another buyer was returning the same winder explained the problem with the item. What the seller did is get this item returned to the seller, did not open the box and sent it to me. It was evident because the box had papertowels and broken styerfoam inside. This transaction went through Pay Pal. I filed a complaint with them and they said they could do nothing about the claim and would have to go to the police to file a report and get an address.
