Robert $70 Ripoff

Nov.. I had coyotes attacking my goats and ordered snares of several types. Robert wrote very friendly and said he was really busy but would get them out to me. I paid $70 via Paypal. Never received them.
Wrote several more times, always was still behind but would send them next week. No snares. Then I had an illness and death in my family in 2011and did not contact him for 6 months, but when I did... No reply. I am a patient person, but was getting worried but other things came up so I did not hassle him.
Now Feb I write and my email is returned. This fellow is dishonest and unkind and if his site is still around I will report it to every sporting goods forum I find. I just now found this site and see others have had the same experience before me.
If you read this Robert, I still either want the snares or my $70 returned.
