Failure to supply product or refund for product?

Weapon Mx does poor busy. I ordered a product from them, and after five months of being told it they were moving and one of their suppliers changed, I decided I wanted refund. Well they told me that it would be easier to get the product to me rather than than a refund. Well here we are two months after wanting a refund, and still no money.
I have sent them several emails, only to get no response. I have even called numerous times, leaving messages each time, and still no response. This is the worst company I have ever done business with.
