On November 26 a complete boxed series of Little House on the Prairie was ordered. I received the product. Very unprofessionally packaged and once I tried the DVD in 3 separate players, I discovered they did not work. I was given the address to return the product then sent the product via mail and never did receive my refund. I have proof (Canada Post Tracking) that the product was recevied by the company on December 30. My latest response from them was January 25 when I sent a reminder to submit refund. I was told they would let accounting know. Current emails are returned with a postmaster failure.
