Green Tea Purity Total scam... I sent the product back after receiving it from "China" provided all information required and have been waiting for over 5 months for a refund. Left over 40 messages, still no response

Sent back product to "china" as requested. Supposed to receive a refund for the product. Over 40 messages later... Still no refund. I have attempted to email the Customer service reps that I have spoken to and emails come back as undeliverable. I received the name and phone number of the refund rep. Was able to speak with her twice out of approximately 30 calls. Said the refund has been processed... It has not, and since I don't see it in my account, she will have to place a trace on it. This has been going on for over 5 months with no resolution. I believe this "company" is a total scam. Do not do business with this company!!!
