I was told lied to

I was told the exact thing that another complaintant stated that my first yr was 0% and the following yrs would only be 4%. And never was told that the company was having any other financial problems. There was even a payment that I had to make once a month to the inhouse loan of kis that was $75.00, that would have to paid. I was constantly called about arranging this payment, Now I find out that the credit card loan they arrangement on my behalf shot up to 21% once the first year arrives. I want to cancel this membership. There was even a cruises that I was promised and had to send $25.00 down to a office in Florida to hold my reservations. This hold thing has been a bad experience and I want to join the class action lawsuit in TN that is inprocess of going on now.
