Lied and threatened to have my mom arrested for fraud without a warrant

My mom owed them a payment and she had called them and told them the payment would be late. Well apparently they would not hear that because they sent someone over who first of all lied by saying that i {her son} said that i did not want anything to do with her. And then she threatened to have her arrested for fraud for missing a payment. And when asked where the warrant was to allow this? She said she didn't need a warrant. Well lucky that my step dad had happen to see and overhear this. He stepped out on to the porch where they where *there was a locked gate between them* and told her without a warrant she couldn't do anything so then the lady left. The thing is my mom has medical problems to where if she gets too stressed and emotional she has a seizure. And she was on the verge of having one. This is basically harassment but due to the contract she signed she can, t file a lawsuit. Also she wavered her right to a trial by jury and she will have to go before a arbitrator. She also can't join a class action lawsuit against them and she can't represent herself. But after reading the contract i see nowhere in it that she can be arrested for fraud without a warrant. Then to make it worse they put a doorknob advertisement on our front door.
