Trying to take my house, who is interested in a class action lawsuit

This company is the most horrendous lender I have ever seen. They purchased my loan from Homecomings Mortgage last year, and immediately started to harass me about being behind. I had been out of work for a year and was trying to get re-employed, they would not even work with me since I did not have a job. I finally got a job in March and they put me on a repayment plan which ran out in October. Then we asked for and got a mortgage workout package from them and sent it in, they act like they never got it and are going forward with plans to foreclose if we can't come up with a large sum of money to get current.

In addition they bought this loan from Homecomings who also lied to me and told me there was no negative amortization on the loan (There was) and there was only a one year pre-payment penalty (It was 3 years) and they washed there hands of the whole thing and handed it off to Aurora.

I am sick to my stomach about this, and I'm now willing to go to a class action lawsuit, let's all join together and take these guys down.
