I purchased a bike from Walmart on Sept. 3. The bike was defective and could not be ridden. On the 14th of September I returned to Walmart to simple exchange the bike for the exact same model which as assembled and on the floor in the sporting goods department. I was told that bikes had to be returned in 3 days otherwise no return and no exchange! The manager named Tony was extremely rude and only told me what he would not and could not do and further that Walmart was not required to post return policies at all (which I believe is not accurate). I was promised that the bike would be repaired and ready for pick-up within 24 hrs. It took a week.
