Ripped me off!

I ordered a pair of skate shoes for my daughter a month ago, and guess what? They haven't come yet, although they sure didn't waste any time charging my debit card! I didn't think much of it at first because my order confirmation said the shoes would ship in 1-2 weeks, and then I figured it would be a week or so until they arrived. I have tried calling their toll free number as well as their local CA phone number AND the number of their parent company - ALL have the "this number has been disconnected" recording. Lovely!

I have emailed them and haven't gotten the courtesy of a reply.

I wish I had read the consumer complaints and BBB report (who gave them a big, fat F) for this company. What a total scam! I don't know if it will do any good but I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I just want my money back so I can do business with a reputable company that will appreciate my business.
