Pro V1 Deals, Brandon Liberman
Fraud and a scam! Phoenix ARIZONA

Sports

I ordered a dozen supposedly brand new Titleist Pro V1 golf balls from Brandon Liberman in April. I paid the order via credit card and have the email receipt to prove it. To this date, July 13, I have yet to receive the balls. I have emailed Brandon Liberman, the alleged golf pro who teaches and sells on Pro V1 deals, on 6 separate occasions, inquiring as to the whereabouts of my golf balls. Each time Brandon made excuses citing that he had changed checkout procedures and that he could not find my order. I emailed him my order and he said that he would send my Pro V1 balls that day. He even mentioned that if I didn't get the balls, he would reimburse the order payment. This happened several times. I have asked for a tracking number several times and have yet to be sent one. Now he just won't acknowledged my emails.

I have threatened to post this ripoff write up if he didn't send my golf balls. Naturally, he hasn't sent them. Here is a copy of our email correspondence (minus the email address and complete names of course):

Brandon,

You've had your chance. I've been very patient but you have been reported as a fraud and a rip off. Don't worry. Once google finds the website, people can check out what I've written about your website and how you do business. You make promises that you don't keep. I've paid my money, it was taken out of my bank. You deal with 2checkout. That's not my problem. If you want to make this right, then send more than just Prov1s. If you have to buy brand new pro v 1's yourself and send it, at least it's something! That's good business. When I've made a mistake, I always did more for the customer than he asked. You, however, do nothing. You're all bark with no bite. Keep googling your business. You'll find where I posted that you're a fraud. That way, others will know what kind of crook you are.

Mr. XXXXXXX,
I am terribly sorry for the delayed response. We switched to Google checkout exclusively in March. You must have stumbled upon an older page, the 2Checkout.com site. I am very sorry about this and it is my fault. I will ship your balls out today.

Again I take blame for the confusion and you can expect your balls in 3-5 business days.

Thanks,
-Brandon

David,
Hi, thanks for the email. We have been flooded with orders the past few weeks and we became back-ordered. I am working on getting your balls to you as fast as I can. If the delay is too long, let me know and I will fully refund your order. Please be patient. Again I apologize for the delay.

Brandon, I went to the website www.prov1deals.com where I saw your ad to get lessons. I ordered prov1s over a week ago from you and have yet to receive them. What's the deal? What kind of business are you running here? A scam? When will I get my prov1s?
David
