Ignoring and/or not allowing any contact. Pre-paid order came incomplete, with cheaper shipper. I either want the stuff or a refund

Ordered bath and body ingredients from this company several times. The last time (7/28/06) I got an incomplete order, using a shipper other than what I paid for, and no other communication as to what happened to the rest of my order.

Tried intermittent contact through their link on their site, and by email, several times each. Tried phoning them without a reply. Can't even find the phone number anymore. Tried faxing too. 7/28/06

Payment was made on 7/28/06 through Paypal to Acorn Apothecary, Inc. Contact E-Mail: sales@the-buying-group.com. There supposedly is some contact person named Rachel Ratledge.

It's like either I or they have entered the Twilight Zone regarding making contact. My emails and fax were polite. They've always been attentive in the past.

They owe me 46.60 and whatever the difference I overpaid for shipping. Or just send me the products I didn't get. Simple.
