Order 4114 Ordered a diecast car, money taken by credit car 7/16/07. Still no ca

I ordered a 1:24 Dale Earnhardt jr. MLB diecast car on July 16. They took the money out of my credit card immediatley. After repeated emails and promises I contacted my Discover Card. They have refunded me my money and are now investigating the company. One of
the most inane emails was "We have found one of the diecast you ordered. We had one left and are saving it for you. We would like to send this out to you immediately. Please let us know if we can ship this to you." This was dated May 27. Of course ship it-I already paid for it. Anyway, they will never see my money again.
