I placed an order awhile ago with best buy. I found the consumer complaints after I placed the order. A couple of days too late! I ordered 2 golf clubs out of their golf sale section. They were matching clubs, a 3 wood and a 5 wood made by the same manufacturer. I assumed they were built for someone who decided they no longer wanted them. I sent a money order because I was having some problems with my bank at the time.

Well, after sending countless emails and leaving several voicemails, I was finally emailed back the question, "What can we do for you?". This was after explaining the situation several times in both formats! I proceeded to explain it again in my reply to them, how I ordered, and how it had been about a month with no clubs yet. They never emailed me back. Surprise Surprise!

I thought it was over the day the mailman was at the door. They finally had come and I could go back to carrying fairway woods again since I had already sold mine thinking these would come weeks ago. I open the box-3 wood, very nice, just as described, 5 wood, not the right club, are you kidding me? After a month of waiting! Cheap Taylormade knock-off from 5 years ago!?!

I have called around 25 times and have not gotten an answer yet on what to do. I got them 2 weeks ago. I have sent a couple emails also. I actually spoke to a human being when calling and he said he'd call me right back. Never heard from them. Left my number with a woman twice, no calls yet. And this is when they actually answer the phone. I think you have a 1 in 10 chance.

I don't dare take the 3 wood out of the package because i want to keep it new in case I have to sell it on ebay. I just want a phone call to get this fixed! Its ridiculous. This was a last resort. I didn't want to file a report but it seems the only way they respond to anything.

Their excuse is how busy they are. I Don't dispute that they're busy but most of us are! I work in sales for a extremely busy company, (Pepsi), and there is no way I could get away with ignoring my clients and accounts. How do they run their business this way?

Last thing, i've seen that they put some blame on the consumers for being vulgar on the phone. I have not been at all. I've been nothing but polite because thats how I like to be treated. I can see how callers would be pissed and it gets to that level. Theres no resolve!
