Ripoff dishonest fraudlent billing falsified signature Cary Nationwide

Body of Change has ripped me off, rather severly. First of all I signed up for 12 sessions at a set price, they double charged my credit card.

Now after fighting with the local gym, their billing department and accounting, they are telling me that my wife signed up on the same day as me for the same package.

This was news to my wife, they claim they have her signature on file, so they not only made up an additional charge, but they signed it fraudulently also.

And they have now closed here in North Carolina after my using only 4 of the sessions and they won't give me a refund.
