Dishonest billing Irvine California

I signed a contract for 12 months at $76.00 in June. I cancelled my La Fitness membership in Sept. I did not pay close attention to my credit statement to realizse that Body of Change was still billing me, howver La Fitness had stopped. I would like to be reimbursed for the months of July through October.
