Several years ago, probably about American Family was calling my home for renewal. We told them to cancel the subscription and we would not renew. This occured several times. Therefore we believed that at the end of our contract period we were done. Months later I notice they had continued to draft my bank account. I did everything I could possibly do to get a refund through the company directly. With repeated effort and no satisfaction, I did file suit in Henrico. The day of the hearing I rec'd the refund that I'd requested and did not need to go to trial.
