LA Fitness Toms River
La fitness unfair cancelation policys over charge

I have had several memberships for my family at LA fitness Toms River. I stopped going over a year ago yet paid "Account Hold Fees" for months and my sons regular fees. My Children would go once or twice a month so I tried to cancel. I called hem and they said I have to do this, that and this furthermore it would take another month. I continued to pay until three months ago I call American Express to have them stop charging m card. This month I saw another American Express bill from them. I called American Express again who assured me they will stop LA's billing.

LA is like a Doverman - they won't let go. A class action suit needs to take place. I hear this same issue from many people localy, now I see many more on the web - complaints of the same nature.
